Newly constructed residence done in French Normandy style. Project started in May 2007 and completed in March 2008. Designed by Steven M. Yancey, brother of Brad Yancey. Primary materials used in the project: STO stucco, Eldorado stone, cedar wood beams and shutters. Forged hammered iron hardware for both the shutters and garage doors.
